Medium size, split level house in South Boulder, on a quiet cul-de-sac and large park. Looking for someone to sit two cats (one elderly) and keep an eye on a vegetable garden.

Jetted tub in master bathroom. House has AC but between the trees that surround the house, efficient windows, lots of insulation and a whole house fan, we rarely use it as the house stays cool through the day. House has been extensively remodeled and is in good condition. On demand hot water. Washer/dryer/dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen

Three level house on a quiet cul-de-sac with two bedrooms. Parking space in front of the door. House backs up on a park connected to Boulder bike trail system and a large open space with trails. Short walk to main street with public transportation to downtown. 10 minute walk to grocery shopping. 10 minute walk to bust stop for airport express. Garden with lots of veggies that need tending and harvesting in our absence.
