Montenero di Bisaccia

We have four dogs, two are small size mongrels they both live in the house, they enjoy stay out in the garden during the day, but at night they sleep indoor.
The other two dogs are a medium size mongrel, similar to a hunting dog, he lives outside and never enter the house, he needs to be fed twice a day.
Then there is a large female dog, she just live outside the house and needs to be fed twice a day.
The four cats live outside and they just need to be fed twice a day.

Plants in the porch/garden need to be feed every two/three days in winter, every day in summer.

We have a guest room in our home and we would be happy to provide a stopover for a nomader. We speak Italian, Spanish and English.

The house is not isolated, the Adriatic Sea is 6 km far, there are also two close towns to go for shopping and restaurant if you wish to, San Salvo and Montenero di Bisaccia. Neighbours live at three minutes walks.

The house has a large kitchen and large living room for over 70 sqm of living space, both rooms open to the garden space.
Upstairs there is a private room and bathroom used only by guests, this part of the house is reserved for house sitters.
House sitters can also use the office space, with PC and Wi-Fi connection.

We have 4 cats and 4 dogs, the cats are very independent, they all live outdoor, they just need to be fed twice a day.
Two of the dogs are small size and they both live indoor, they enjoy to spend time in the garden, but their nest is indoor and they sleep in the house at night.
The other dogs are medium size mongrels, both live outside and never enter the house.

House sitters should also water the plants in the porch area.

We can provide a car if necessary to allow the house sitter to go shopping or to visit nearby towns.

The area is very peaceful and quiet, no noice at night and birds singing daytime.
There are two beautiful towns to explore at less than 30 minutes drive from the house: Termoli and Vasto.

We have a BBQ in the garden that can be used in fine weather.
Lots of books in English and Italian, Wi-Fi and PC.
There are also lots of fruit trees, fruit can be picked up and eaten according to the season.

The location of the house is very peaceful with a lovely sea view.
There are two close towns to go for shopping: San Salvo is at 12 minutes drive and it avails of every kind of shops and facilities. Montenero di Bisaccia is 10 minutes drive and it avails of basic shops and facilities. At less than five minutes drive there is a supermarket that could be reached even by bike or walk.

The beach is at 6 km , it is a lovely beach even in winter as the weather here is never too cold.

The house is in Molise region but just bordering the Abruzzo region, therefore it is possible to explore two regions while staying at the house.
The town of Termoli, in Molise region, is at less than 30 minutes drive from the house and it can be easily visited in one day, the attraction of Termoli is the beach and the old fishermen quarter with its characteristic houses and little lanes.
Vasto is a beautiful coastal town in Abruzzo region, at less than 30 minutes drive from the house. Vasto is a historic town, dated back to the Roman age.
It offers a lovely castle, a lively historic centre, plenty of shops and a wonderful promenade with sea view.

Both towns can be visited in one day and they both avail of weekly markets to buy local fresh food and other products.
